Is there water service to the properties?

Yes, public water lines will be installed in front of each parcel. Parcel owners  will receive water bills from the utility company upon building a home and will be responsible for the connection costs from the main water lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection fee is estimated to be US $400 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when you desire to do so.

Is there electric service to the properties?

Yes, electric lines have been installed in front of each parcel and electricity is available through Belize Electric Limited. Parcel owners will receive electric bills from the utility company upon building a home and will be responsible for the connection costs from the main electric lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection charge is estimated to be US $500 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when you desire to do so.

Yes, telephone service is available through Belize Telephone Limited.  Parcel owners will receive telephone bills from the utility company upon building a home and will be responsible for the connection costs from the main telephone lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection charge is estimated to be US $200 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when you desire to do so.

Waste treatment will be handled by individual multi-stage septic tanks installed during the construction phase of the home.  There are no sewers.

The roads are all-weather, compacted white marl roads. Road construction is complete and has been approved by the Government of Belize.
