Is there water service in Los Arboles?

Yes, public water is available through the Village of ------------ Water Authority. Homeowners will receive water bills from the utility company. Purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main water lines in the road to their homes. This one-time connection fee is estimated to be US $300 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when your desire to do so.

The cost of the water for a supply sufficient to serve a residence on a monthly basis is approximately US $10 per month.
 

 

 

Is there electricity in Los Arboles?
Yes, electricity is available through Belize Electric Limited. Homeowners will receive electric bills from the utility company. Purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main electric lines in the road to their homes. TYes, telephone service is available through by Belize Telephone Limited. Homeowners will receive telephone bills from the utility company. Purchasers will be responsible for the connection costs from the main telephone line in the road to their homes. This one-time connection charge is estimated to be US $200 and is not due and payable at closing. This fee may be incurred upon the building of a home on your parcel, if and when your desire to do so.
 

 

 

How is sewage waste treatment handled?
Waste treatment will be handled in individual septic tanks installed during the construction phase of the home. There are no sewers.
 

 

 

What kind of roads are there within Los Arboles?

The roads will be all-weather, compacted white marl roads. Roads have been constructed within Phase I and are 100% complete and approved by the Government of Belize.
